Sly is in charge of it. Anyone can ask him to get anything out of it. Mats can be aquired freely but for valid reasons. Deposits are made like every normal bank.

Yes however Trial members don't have acces yet to GB so it is right Dutch that you not yet can see anything in it.
For all members just check what you want if you need something Ask me and I judge if it's a valid use.
So yes you can now get those mats for that Nice enchant which improves your gear
