Yeah. It's an award for raid achievements I think.

There's a list of raid achievements in the new achievement system and if you do all of them you get this proto-drake. There's other colours for other achievements.

The raid achievements are listed here:

*EDIT* That's the heroic version above awarding black proto-drake. The one awarding the plagued one is a bit different. The heroic is things like killing bosses in a time limit, killing bosses without taking damage from certain boss abilities etc. Normal is more like just killing bosses

That is awesome they give rewards like that alot better then only those title rewards ^^
