The guild banned gem

So the next thing wil happen and mark my words

people will come online whenever they please. There wil be confusion which instance we wil raid when.

Example I can run Kara But I aint good enough for ZA or gruul so when wil I know where to be ??? every day at 19,45 online ???? ow dutch no we doing ZA you cant come.

In RL I have a schedule so I like to know when we go for what for instanses.

Further punnish the people who dont use GEM

just dont ask them for raid if there not on gem

Btw I saw you opend more spots for in the guild. "smart move" more competion wil people learn to use gem (sorry makas your spot is taken you didnt subcribe on gem)

Well please react on my words (in very bad english but I deare you to write back in dutch)

Well it can be very simple.

I do love to use GEM but not if only 3 people sign up for one then it's just total bullcrap.

And If I make a rule you have to sign up or you don't raid then I know what is gonna happen. People will sign up for al raids just to be sure they have a spot even on day's they aren't sure they can come.

No this is how it's gonna be, I want some responsibilty from the members towards eachother. The members can also say towards another "Hey why heaven't you sign up for any raid this week"
I used to do this constantly towards the members but I really get sick off tellling 20 people time and time again to sign up.

So there is a possibility that GEM comes back:

I make a GEM event "You want GEM back" , we have atm 32 members if 22 people sign that event I will use GEM again.

well you can use gem maybe for planning only so peeps can see when wat happens.

have an idea use dkp points or something like that

If you on gem and you are there you gain 1 point
If you are on gem and you are not there you lose a point
If you going whit the raid you turn in a point

the one whit the most points ( the ones who are on gem and the moste there) can come whit the raid

very simple systeem you can put it on forum or a piece of paper neXt your keyboard

personaly i prefeer a dkp system.

gem is very useful and we all benefit if we use it correct

Btw if 51% says gem back then is that democratic not 22 out 32
and only 50% reads forum i think so you have to make a yes / no pol

No I only use GEM if the majority uses it.

What is the real problem of simply sign up for the raids you want to attend.
I always did so when I wasn't a raidleader.

I want gem to be full of sign ups or we don't use it.
