Doomdie

Hello all,

This is The Doomdie Page.

I have been playing this game since December 2004. I started out on the US servers as I just couldn't wait till the game hit the markets in Europe.
I started with a Tauren Druid! and leveled him to 60 before the big druid buff came out. before it took at least a minute fight to kill any mob. Killing mother smoltherweb solo took usually over 30 mins(!). However those fights were the most fun because you cant afford any mistakes.

In the mean time i tried several alts like;
- hunter (tauren too) that came to lvl 50.
- shaman lvl 32
- rogue lvl 22

Then I wanted to try Alliance and a gnome mage called Sparkles was born that came to lvl 36.

my first Warlock was a gnome lock called Doomdie. played and lvl to 60.
I was member of a good guild and went a few times to MC AQ20 (but never to ZG!).

I found to my problems that raiding from 11 or 12 at night till 5 in the early hours of the morning was not something that was good to do on a regular basis. hehe.

So I bit the bullet and left US servers bought the Euro copy and created
DOOMDIE.
Now even though gnomes are the cute little wonders they are. I decided to pick the biggest racial advantage of the game and go for the Human traits:
Diplomacy - passive
10% bonus to faction point gain

I am still enjoying Doomdie and being a lock every time.

Doomdie is 70 (fortunately)
talents yes I have plenty of those. but pve demon specced

375 shadow Tailoring
375 Jewelcrafting (server first!)
375 Cooking
375 First Aid
375 Fishing and Arcanite fishing rod (yes I won the Sunday fishing contest)

Even though I have tried several alts I never fancied playing a char in metal.
so I started one called Tumbler.
Tumbler was flexing his lvl 18 muscles against a few boars and bears when I met Pesmerga. We joined forces and I entered Dark Light, while I was with Doomdie in another bigger and further progressed guild. I decided to take Doomdie away there and join DL. Doomdie was the highest level in the guild for some time untill the fast movers caught up with me. (easy)
However I figured DL not being able to get to any end game and feared for a break up so I kept my eye out for a fitting guild.
Then we met up with GOE and we all found our happy new home!
There I met most of you guys and when you all left...I felt lost
So when WD started up I knew I had to join.

you might care to ask about Tumbler though...

Well Tumbler is a warrior and was standing at the entrance of the deadmines at lvl 19 as the tank for a party of 5. And Tumbler got scared.
Tumbler found out that tanking was something that was better left for someone with a totally different playstyle.
And you know what?
Chars that are scared stay in Ironforge and pick up packages and keep them in the bank.
