| http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=25046#sellsOn the PTR this guy is selling ilevel 141 equipment (think HY/BT) for about 75-150 heroic badges. Apparantly you open up access to the vendor by doing the dailies asa realm. That's pretty free epics in my eyes o.O | |
