I've made a new rank "reserve"
-This is done for the people who have been inactive for 3 weeks in a row (not attending the 3 nights a week rule) - Or if someone isn't fully prepared with enchants and Gems. - Or when you join the guild on terms that we have enough of the specific class, and maybe in the future a raid spot opens up.
In Loot Hyrachie this means the reserve rank comes between Member and Trial. And for raid invites it means you will be the last to get an invite.
